Ken Hausvick formed Briarwood Builders as a contractor of custom homes. His purpose was to build a small number of houses each year, allowing him to devote time to his customers and attention to the details that distinguish quality from the ordinary. Briarwood Builders' quality is reflected in the materials it uses, the vendors it selects, the subcontractors it hires, and the craftsmanship of its products. Since 1978, Briarwood Builders has remained true to its purpose, building houses in which both it and its owners take pride.
